Do I have to refinance my first mortgage in order to run the system?
No. But sometimes it is in your best interest to consider refinancing. The principles of the SWBSTM are built on paying down debt, so if the specialist you speak with feels that it would benefit the situation to refinance they would simply explain the reasoning behind a refinance. I don’t want to pay off my home, why should I use your system?
There are 2 philosophies incorporated in what we do: First, we accelerate loan schedules so the least amount of interest and rate is paid. How is this different than a bi-weekly payment program?
The Satori Wealth Building SystemTM is similar in two ways: paying less overall interest and lower payments. Bi-weekly payment programs require that you make half your monthly mortgage payment (usually to a 3rd party) every 2 weeks. By doing so, you end up paying a full extra mortgage payment by the end of the year. While this does accelerate the payment schedule on your mortgage, you are just adding another mortgage payment by the end of the year. The SWBSTM uses all of your income to fuel the system. Simply running your expenses through the system saves you more and more money every day. The SWBSTM is far superior than a bi-weekly payment program. The Satori Group does not manage or have access to any of your funds while using the system. You will still be making all of your own payments and deposits.

Does this system use any type of exotic mortgages?
No. We don’t encourage the use of most of those products. Our system makes the most out of traditional mortgage products. We do have access to ARMs and other exotic mortgages, but it’s very important to completely understand the risks and benefits of these types of programs. If you are interested in an exotic loan product, please contact a Satori specialist in your area to review these products in more detail.
